Payment, booking and cancellation policies

Please read carefully our policies below. We have put in place a fully secured booking system that you can access from our website Chillmango.com.

You can check availabilities of each room and suite, as well as prices. Then you can book and pay on-line the deposit to confirm your booking.

For those who prefer assistance or who have particular whishes we can help them by phone, email or via WhatsApp. Please check the points of contact in this page.

Payment policy

- To confirm your booking we ask for your credit card information (powered and secured by Stripe). But your card won't be charged, - 100% of your booking to be paid directly (cash, bank transfer or credit card) at Chill Mango at the end of your vacation during the check-out.

General conditions

- Check-in from 2:00PM, check-out before 11:00AM. - Bookings are effective as soon as deposits are done. - Prices include breakfast everyday - The number of guests is limited to 2 in the Deluxe rooms and to 4 in the suites. A baby bed is at your disposal for free in the limit of its availablity at the moment of your request. - Small pets only are allowed in the limit of 1 per family. A tax of R$10 per day per per will be applied. - The private parking is free of charge in the limit of availabilities. - Breakfasts are served between 8:00AM and 10:00AM everyday.

Cancellation policy

- More than 30 days before the date of arrival: the initial deposit is fully refunded. Cancellation requests must be sent only by email at: contact@chillmango.com. - Cancellation within 30 days before the date of arrival: the initial deposit is not refundable.
