Payment, booking and cancellation policies
Please read carefully our policies below. We have put in place a fully secured booking system that you can access from this website.
You can check availabilities of each room and suite, as well as prices. Then you can book directly in this website to confirm your booking.
For those who prefer assistance or who have particular whishes, feel free to contact us by phone, email or via WhatsApp. You can get the points of contact in this page.
To confirm your booking we ask for your credit card information (powered and secured by Stripe). But your card won't be charged, 100% of your booking to be paid directly at the end of your vacation during the check-out (payment by cash, bank transfer or credit card).
- Check-in from 2:00PM, check-out before 11:00AM. - Booking of the room is effective as soon as reservation is done. - Prices include breakfast everyday - The number of guests is limited to 2 in the Deluxe rooms and to 4 in the suites. A baby bed is at your disposal for free in the limit of its availablity at the moment of your request. - Small pets only are allowed in the limit of 1 per family. A tax of R$10 per day per per will be applied. - The private parking is free of charge in the limit of availabilities. - Breakfasts are served between 8:00AM and 10:00AM everyday.
- More than 15 days before the date of arrival: cancellation is free of charge,
- Cancellation within 15 days before the date of arrival: 50% of the total value of the booking will be charged on your credit card.
